Moco Museum arriving in London, Summer 2024

Bringing its leading collection of modern and contemporary art to London, Moco Museum creates a new cultural destination for London.

Moco Museum announced it will open its third and largest location in Marble Arch, opposite Hyde Park in London, opening Summer 2024. Spanning three floors across 25,000 sq ft, the Museum will present a rich collection of modern, contemporary, and digital art by genre-defining artists from Andy Warhol to Yayoi Kusama, alongside a temporary exhibition programme and new retail store and cafe, Moco Store.

With locations in Amsterdam and Barcelona attracting over 1.5 million visitors annually, Moco London will become the museum’s flagship location and will explore art through the lens of impact, platforming artists whose work transcends disciplines and mediums to influence contemporary culture, traversing art, fashion, design, music and beyond.

“We’re excited to bring the world of Moco to London, following many successful years at our museums in Amsterdam and Barcelona. London is a truly global city, which can be felt in the energy of its community of artists and creatives. London’s artistic scene sets it apart from anywhere else and we’re delighted Moco can be part of this movement” says Kim and Lionel Logchies, Founders of Moco Museum.

Moco London opens in One Marble Arch, London this Summer 2024. It will stand alongside Moco’s existing locations in Amsterdam and Barcelona.

Moco Museum, short for Modern & Contemporary Museum, aims to make art accessible to everyone. It is an independent museum with a diverse collection of inspiring modern, contemporary and digital art.

With two locations in Amsterdam (2016) and Barcelona (2022) - and a third location opening this summer in London - the museum offers a unique collection that prompts visitors to contemplate modern society.

The collection includes works by artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, JR, KAWS, Keith Haring, Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, Tracey Emin, Yayoi Kusama, Andy Warhol, and Studio Irma. Over 5 million visitors, including Barack Obama, Steven Spielberg, Venus Williams, Adele, Tim Cook and Dua Lipa, have visited the Moco Museum.
