Silvia Felizia

From Buenos Aires to Houston, Silvia Felizia has lived and traveled around the world and includes elements of each place she’s been to into her art.

She shares, “My compositions can be read as maps of emotional landscapes with a story behind them. They are inspired by humanitarian crises, political and social issues, experiences and desires, and are always connected to the countries where I have lived.

My creative process is a dialogue of movement, stillness, silence, and noise, all feeding into each other, to give birth to a new reality that blends together the past in my home country and my present as an immigrant.
