Ryan Walters
Ryan Walters studio lies in Bellingham, Washington.
Born in New England, USA, raised in rural Connecticut, and attending school in the Berkshires, I found work in the arts, both at museums, and backstage in theatre. I became enamored with Dance, and found work at prestigious venues such as Jacob's Pillow, and touring with well known acts like Momix until the start of the pandemic. It was then that I lost all future work prospects and my sense of belonging in the art world.
He says “My painting has allowed me to process the difficult moments in life. I am incredibly thankful for the clarity it has brought me thus far, as well as the great friends I have had the chance to meet and create with. I only hope there is more progress to come.”
