This exhibition highlights a collection of paintings and multimedia works created in response to the frantic energy of modern life.

Abstract artist, Rachel Wold explores a meditative practice using abstract expressionism and a Pacific Northwest palette. The results are immersive mood pieces that contain moments of calm and space for reflection. The viewer is encouraged to pause, explore the artwork and delight in discovery, to breathe in the moment.
